I’m Michael Nichols and I’ve been helping executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams in companies like Staples, US Air Force, Boeing, Mercedes-Benz, Chick-Fil-A, Constellation Software, Oakley, Federal Aviation Administration, Lululemon for more than 20 years.
We’ve been developing resources, training, and tools to help them improve leadership skills and lead better through change using the SIMPLE Leadership Framework.
